Frequently Asked Questions

How Much Does A Session Cost?

Most sessions are a set price of £5. Some activities however, are courses stretching across mutiple weeks that need to be booked in advance. The prices of these courses will vary depending on the activity and how long it runs for.

How Fit Do I Have To Be?

DLFitness are dedicated to helping people get fit so if you consider yourself unfit, that's fine.

What Do I Need To Bring With Me?

As well as your signed PAR Questionnarie, we'd recommend the usual appropraite sports based attire especially some training shoes.

How Large Are The Classes?

Generally, the classes are quite small involving around 10 people. Groups may vary depending on the popularity of the class.

What About The Weather?

Even if it's raining, we'll be out training!
