Donna is fully qualified to teach Exercise to people with Mental Health Problems. Exercise releases endorphins (the feel good hormone) which can uplift and energize you for the day ahead. DLFitness firmly believe that exercise is central to staying ‘mentally healthy’ and an integral part of an overall healthy lifestyle. Exercise has been proven to be instrumental in the rehabilitation and recovery of many people with serious mental health conditions as well as those who are prone to feeling ‘down’ or of low mood. Donna teaches Yoga and Circuit Training to clients with Mental Health problems and is also available for one to one training consultations and sessions.
