Sun Rise Training

Early morning training can really set you up for the day!  We hold SunRise Training Sessions for people to attend before work with a 6.20am start.  That way, your training is out of the way for the day and some of our clients find that the morning is the best time of the day to exercise!  Again, sessions vary and include circuits, boxing, running/power walking as well as body toning and stretching.
